Today Cyberpark and Greengold signs a merger document and effectively incorporates the Greengold CyberparkHoldings Corporation (GCH Corp.)
The meeting will be held in Makati City. This dovetails with the previous joining of the two organizations under the auspices of a memorandum of agreement formulated two months ago in August 2012.
Several undertakings are lined up between Greengold Holdings Sdn Bhd of Malaysia and Cyberpark Group of the Philippines.
The showcase projects are in Butuan City - Agusan del Norte Province, Batangas and Aurora. Coincidentally, all the project areas that Greengold and Cyberpark are historically significant places in the Philippines.
Cyberpark Telecom Inc. Established in September 2001 with its niche in San Antonio Village, Pasig City. CTI started with VOIP, systems integration for data communications that it has resolved to further pursue in 2013. It will also open avenues into R & D, manufacturing of new products for mobile communications, among other related services in partnership with able companies in telecommunications.

CTI is a communications concern started by Solomon Botictic, John Gonzales, Sam Lopez, Joel Rullan, recently joined by Francis J.C. Reyes and Luisito L. Morante. The company is decisively pursuing innovative mobile and data communication solutions as well as systems integration of technologies and software for environmental applications.
