Negotiated Contracts

Notice to Local Contractors: For negotiated contracts, the deadline of submission of qualification documents and other requirements shall not apply. However, all local contractors that have not signed contracts with Cybepark until December 20, 2012 for the Fleurdelis Green Heights are automatically disqualified. All contractors desiring to enter into negotiated contract for the White Wave Resorts and Liberty Hills Residences - Resorts Projects will have signed contracts with Cyberpark on or before December 31, 2012 and not later. Beyond the above stated dates, no requests for negotiated contracts will be entertained.
