Revised RFP for Contractors

The rescheduled deadline for submission of requirements by Contractors, Construction Supplies providers, Security Guard and Security Systems Service Providers as well as for Hotel Chain Management for the Fleurdelis Green Heights Village, Liberty Hills Residences and Recreation Parks, White Wave Resorts and other projects is reposted here.  We apologize for the typographical errors in the previous post. Negotiated Contracts

Notice to Local Contractors:

For negotiated contracts, the deadline of submission of qualification documents and other requirements shall not apply. However, all local contractors that have not signed contracts with Cybepark until December 20, 2012 for the Fleurdelis Green Heights are automatically disqualified.

All contractors desiring to enter into negotiated contract for the White Wave Resorts and Liberty Hills Residences - Resorts Projects will have signed contracts with Cyberpark on or before December 31, 2012 and not later. Beyond the above states dates, no applications for negotiated contracts will be entertained.
