The first GIS based Center in the Philippines for Asia Pacific will be built in Taguig City in cooperation with the public sector. The letter of intent was submitted to the owner of the property in Taguig on February 26, 2013 while a technical working group conference was held in Quezon City.
This Center will be a facility for undertaking database development to evolve a GIS for environmental data, soil, water and flood or tsunami as well as liquefaction, forest, earthquake, among many other purposes.
Its main function is to establish ecological parameters for building new structures, sustaining or maintaining habitats, possible relocation of old structures or communities and most of all, readiness for potential calamities in this part of the world or disasters that will possibly affect the entire planet.
Design and construction will be undertaken by a competent local civil works undertaker and technology will be sourced from the United States, Europe (France, Germany, Ukraine, Russia and other countries like Canada, Australia, Korea, Japan as well as China.
Cyberpark Telecom Inc. Established in September 2001 with its niche in San Antonio Village, Pasig City. CTI started with VOIP, systems integration for data communications that it has resolved to further pursue in 2013. It will also open avenues into R & D, manufacturing of new products for mobile communications, among other related services in partnership with able companies in telecommunications.

Capability Statement
Telecom. In 2001, Cyberpark Telecom, Inc. (CTI) went into wireless telephony and technical support services in communications for varied clientele. In future, CTI will manufacture computers, mobile devices.
Transport. CTI pursued the effort to upgrade Philippine Air Traffic Services, and was recognized by Secretary Vicente Rivera of the Transportation and Communications Department. Rep. Mar Roxas III (Congress) and Sen. Franklin Drilon (Senate) championed CTI's earlier proposals and the National Transport Safety Board (NTSB) was created by law. In 97-98 Embassy of Russia recognized CTI and appointed it as Consultant in the sale of the MIG29.
Geo-Spatial Mapping. CTI is alliance building in GIS and private-initiated and led Geo-Spatial Mapping for RP, Asean et al. The company is bringing together a conference on geohazard mapping.
Estate Development. From 2011, CyberparkHoldings Inc. (CPHI) focuses on Cyberpark estates with high capacity telco and datacom backbone and targets Mindanao, Batangas, Aurora and East MetroManila.
